Lotum AIexists to be the exception: a completely free, reliable source of real estate knowledge. Six named AI experts — Kai, Theo, Milo, Lena, Zara, and Ava — practical calculators, step-by-step guides, and a plain-English glossary — built so that anyone can understand what they're signing, what they can afford, and what a fair deal looks like, without depending on someone who profits from their decision.

Information without an agenda
Most real estate information online comes from someone earning a commission on your decision. Ours doesn't. If you ever ask us to introduce you to a vetted professional, a partner may pay us a referral fee — but that only happens when you ask, it never costs you anything, and it never shapes a word of the advice.

It's written in plain English, reviewed by the expert who owns that territory — Kai for residential, Theo for commercial, Milo for property management, Lena for maintenance, Zara for insurance, and Ava for financing — and stamped with the date it was last updated, which you'll find in the byline of every piece.

Great agents are worth every penny — for negotiation, local knowledge, and getting a deal across the finish line. What shouldn't require an agent is basic understanding: what pre-approval means, how comps work, or what closing actually costs.
